Like I previous stated we are not a company, rental agency or a listing service. We are a married couple who invested in a great way to save on travel. Now we want to share this opportunity with you.
We met and married in 1994 and have always enjoyed traveling together. Unfortunately it wasn't within our means to travel as much as we would have liked. It wasn't until 2004 when we bought our timeshare at the Grandview that we were finally able to take the kind of trips we always dreamed of taking.
Like you, we always wanted to visit exotic locations like Cancun and Hawaii, but these kind of destinations were out of our budget. We always ended up traveling to places that were close to home in Florida, which was always nice, but there is a big world out there and we wanted to experience it all. We tried looking into numerous discount travel opportunities, but none of them gave you the kind of deals and destinations that we were looking for.
Now that we are owners at the Grandview we have taken numerous trips to New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles and plan on traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and Europe in the next year.
One of the perks I mentioned of ownership at the Grandview was the four bonus weeks we were able to get in addition to our week that we own. Now we would love to take five week long vacations a year but unfortunately we are not able to take that much time away from our home and jobs. So what this unfortunate loss allows us to do is share our bonus weeks with you.
With the exception of the all-inclusive resorts, we are able to rent you our bonus time at a flat rate for seven days. It is not required to take a seven day vacation, we can pro-rate the flat rate to accommodate the amount of time you would like to stay. In each of our bonus weeks we have 4 bedroom availability. What this means to you is that you can book up to four 1br apartments or one 4br apartment or just one 1br apartment, or any other configuration, to accommodate up to sixteen people.
Unfortunately not every resort is available when you may request it, but because of the vast RCI network, I'm sure we will be able to accommodate you and your party with almost any request.
